    1. Is this 1:1 coaching right for me?
    This coaching is for women who want to improve body composition, build stronger glutes, and feel more toned and confident in their body. It’s for you if you’re ready to follow a clear plan, stay consistent, and work together instead of guessing on your own.

  • 2. Do I need a gym membership?
    A gym is not mandatory.
    Your training plan can be designed for home if your goal is weight loss, toning, and overall body shaping.

    If your focus is building fuller glutes and maximizing muscle growth, access to a gym is recommended, as it allows progressive overload and a wider range of equipment. We choose what fits your goals and your reality.

  • 3.What if I’m a complete beginner?
    You don’t need to be advanced, but you should have at least one month of basic gym experience.

    This helps you feel comfortable with the environment, understand basic exercise technique, and use machines safely.

    From there, everything is adjusted to your level, with clear instructions, videos, and guidance so you know exactly what to do.

  • 4. What if I have food restrictions or a busy lifestyle?
    Your nutrition plan is built around your preferences, schedule, allergies and intolerances.
    Meals are practical, flexible, and designed to fit your daily life.

  • 5. How does the 1:1 support work?
    We start with a private call to discuss your goals, lifestyle, and training background.

    You then complete a questionnaire covering every aspect of your life (nutrition, mindset, routine, sleep, hormone imbalances, medical treatments) that helps me to build a very a fully personalized training and nutrition plan.

    Once we begin, we stay in close contact via WhatsApp, with weekly check-ins to review progress and make adjustments.

  • 6. What kind of results can I expect in 12 weeks?
    Results depend on consistency, lifestyle, and individual factors, but most women notice changes within the first 4 weeks.

    This usually includes feeling stronger, more structured in their routine, and more connected to the process.

    Over 12 weeks, visible changes in body shape, glute definition, tone, and confidence are common when the plan is followed consistently.

  • 6. What happens after the 12 weeks?
    At the end of the 12 weeks, you have two options. You can continue working 1:1 with me based on what new goals you want to achieve, or you can move forward using the structure, tools, and knowledge you’ve built during the program.

    The goal is that you feel confident maintaining your results and knowing what to do moving forward.
